AVID Overview:
Advancement Via Individual Determination (AVID) is an enrichment program that provides academic and social support to students that are traditionally under-represented at four-year colleges/universities. AVID students develop a school family that holds each other to the highest academic standards while developing critical thinking skills, organization, time-management, and goal-setting to support them across all content areas.
